1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a RiseCRM account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of information you submit, including client contact information you upload to the Service.
3. Use of contact data and marketing consent
You grant RiseCRM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process the client and contact information you upload to provide the Service. As further described in our Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that RiseCRM may use this information — including email addresses and phone numbers — to send newsletters, product updates, and third-party offers, and may share limited contact data with third-party marketing partners. You represent that you have obtained any consents required under applicable law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where relevant) to upload such information and to permit the uses described herein.
4. Payment terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiseCRM's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
