When you sign up for RiseCRM ("Service"), we collect business and contact information including your name, email, phone number, business name, billing address, and information about the clients and jobs you manage in your account. We also collect device, log, and usage information automatically when you use the Service.

2. How we use information

We use the information you provide to operate the Service, process payments, provide customer support, communicate with you about your account, improve our products, and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Marketing communications and third-party offers

By creating an account or adding a client contact to your RiseCRM account, you acknowledge and agree that RiseCRM, Inc. may use the email address, phone number, and mailing address associated with your account or your client records to send you, and your end clients, periodic newsletters, product updates, promotional materials, and offers from RiseCRM and from carefully selected third-party partners. You further acknowledge that RiseCRM may share certain contact information (including name, email address, business category, and geographic region) with third-party marketing partners for the purpose of delivering relevant industry offers, financing options, equipment promotions, supplier discounts, and trade-related communications.

You may withdraw consent for RiseCRM's own marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each message. Opting out of RiseCRM marketing does not automatically remove your information from third-party partner lists once shared.

4. Sharing of information

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as payment processing, hosting, and analytics), with marketing partners as described above, when required by law, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data retention and security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you the Service. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on U.S.-based servers, and backed up daily.

6. Your rights
